Proud to be local
Here at Planters at Bretby we are very proud of the fact that we go above and beyond to source and buy our ingredients from local suppliers. Our meats, breads, ice creams and coffee all come from locally sourced places…..
Ian Barker Butchers
We are really proud that our meat comes from Ian Barker Butchers, situated in the village of Rolleston-On-Dove on the outskirts of Burton on Trent, Ian Barker Butchers has been established as a family business for over 45 years. They know and trust all the farmers who rear the cattle, pigs and sheep in the local villages and this enables them to provide us with fresh, high quality meat for our customers.

Beanworks carefully source, roast and taste their coffees before packing. To celebrate their long working relationship with Planters they have created a special blend of coffee just for us, why not try and cup today!
